Rebecca Schott, Infant & Toddler Consultant
Rebecca is a certified Montessori educator with credentials in both infant and toddler levels. She led a Montessori infant-toddler program for 15 years before completing her BA in Elementary Education and student teaching at the elementary level. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, she plays a key role on Multisori’s curriculum design team, contributing to the Montessori Toddler Curriculum. Passionate about accessible, authentic Montessori education, Rebecca is excited to support families and groups bringing Montessori to non-traditional settings—because every child deserves a prepared environment.

Heather White, Primary & Lower El Consultant
Heather White, Ed.S., M.Ed., NCSP, is a Montessori educational consultant who supports educators, administrators, and families in applying the Montessori Method. She teaches adult learners through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies and Sarasota University. With 12 years at Lake Mary Montessori Academy as a guide, coordinator, and associate head of school, Heather brings deep classroom and leadership experience. She holds AMS credentials (Early Childhood, Elementary I), a Master’s in Montessori Education, an Ed.S. in School Psychology, and NCSP certification. A strong advocate for Multisori’s transformative primary program, she’s excited to share her expertise with our community.
