DIGITAL-ONLY PURCHASES:
Due to the digital-only nature of these purchases and the increased risk of fraud, Multisori will not refund the purchase price of digital-only products if your complaint has to do with information that could have been obtained from our website or free sample. If your complaint has to do with any other issue, you may reach out to us at multisoriad1@gmail.com and we will happily work with you to ensure an outcome that is satisfactory to all parties.
MULTISORI PREMIUM PURCHASES:
Multisori will assume responsibility for product damage due to production error or damage en-route occurring as the direct result of negligent packaging. Multisori will not assume responsibility for damage occurring outside of its control, or as the direct result of negligence by mail carrier or customer.
For all damage claims, the following must be provided: photographic proof of damage and customer report as to how and when the damage occurred and/or was received to the best of their knowledge.
